Me hice un análisis VIH a mes y medio de anticuerpos vih1 y 2 y antígeno p24 y salió negativo luego me hice otro a los dos meses y medio con la técnica double checkgold hiv 1/2. Mi pregunta es es confiable o debo de realizar otra

BUENAS TARDES. UNA PRIMERA PRUEBA PUEDE SER POSITIVA Y LA SEGUNDA NEGATIVA SI USTED HA ESTADO EN PERIODO DE VENTANA DONDE ES PORTADOR DEL VIRUS PERO AUN NO SE DETECTA EN LOS EXAMENES. LA OTRA CONSIDERACION SERÍA QUE LOS TITULOS DE VIRUS SEAN BAJOS Y NO SIEMPRE SE DETECTEN EN TODAS LAS PRUEBAS ES POR ELLO QUE PARA CONFIRMAR LA POSITIVIDAD DE UN PACIENTE SIEMPRE DEBEN EXISTIR 2 PRUEBAS POSITIVAS CON TÉCNICAS DIFERENTES
